Ask us about availability before placing an order. Please Note: All honey will crystalise, some quicker than others, some very smoothly , some more coarsely. The type of nectars and the ambient temperatures affect the rate of crystalisation. Do not store your honey in the “fridge, as honey will crystalise most quickly at between 3 and 8 degrees. Keeping it in the freezer will delay crystalisation although the honey will get very thick. Once it has crystalised, just keep eating it, or if you like, stand it in a bowl of hot water until it is liquid again. You may have to do this a few times to get it fully liquid. Do not put it in the microwave as it gets too hot and you will destroy much of the goodness! Ingredients: 100% pure, raw Honey
